How to submit an application?
- 01 Complete the required information online.
- 02 Receive the CEB form and technical documents by email.
- 03 Print both documents in full.
- 04 Sign each page of the CEB form.
- 05 Make copies of your last three CEB bills.
- 06 Prepare your national ID card.
- 07 Submit the file to the nearest CEB office as soon as possible.
- 08 Take a photo of the receipt and send it by email to info@ceb-schemes.mu.
- 09 Receive confirmation once your file is reviewed.
